Kindergarten Teacher

Your Role

Here’s what you will be doing:

• Create a joyful, developmentally appropriate learning environment for Kindergarten students.
• Implement restorative practices to build positive relationships and a strong classroom community.
• Use engaging instructional strategies that foster curiosity, creativity, and academic growth.
• Collaborate closely with grade-level teams to design learning experiences integrating literacy, mathematics, science, social-emotional learning, and the arts.
• Work effectively with colleagues and families to support student success.
• Commit to educating the whole child, supporting their academic and personal development.

The company is looking for:

• An educator with strong instructional practices and a deep commitment to young children.
• Experience teaching Kindergarten or primary elementary students, with ability to support diverse learners preferred.
• Excellent classroom management and interpersonal skills.
• Connecticut State Certification 013 (Integrated Early Childhood/Special Education), 305 (Elementary Education), or other appropriate Connecticut certification.
• Interest or experience in arts integration, play-based and project-based learning, social-emotional learning, early childhood education, and STEAM instruction encouraged.

• Salary range: $54,987.00 - $80,018.00 per year.
