Director Project Management

We are seeking an experienced Senior Capital Projects Manager to lead complex engineering and capital investment projects that support long‑term facility growth and operational excellence. This is a high‑impact leadership role focused on delivering large‑scale manufacturing projects from concept through completion.

The initial focus will be on brownfield manufacturing expansions
, with future opportunities to support greenfield developments and capital initiatives across multiple manufacturing facilities.

As the Senior Capital Projects Manager, you'll lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex capital projects while partnering with engineering, operations, and executive leadership to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.

• Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource strategies for complex capital projects.
• Lead cross‑functional engineering, operations, construction, and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage brownfield expansion projects, including facility upgrades, infrastructure improvements, equipment installations, and process enhancements.
• Oversee project scope, schedules, budgets, risks, and deliverables while ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Coordinate with engineering teams to validate equipment selection, capacity planning, facility layouts, and infrastructure requirements.
• Manage contractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure quality, performance, and on‑time project execution.
• Monitor project financial performance, including forecasting, cost tracking, reporting, and budget management.
• Support manufacturing safety, regulatory compliance, mechanical integrity, and operational excellence throughout project execution.
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance project delivery and execution processes.
• Mentor project teams while fostering collaboration, accountability, and successful project outcomes.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, or related discipline) or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of engineering‑based project management experience within a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in chemical/process, mechanical, or heavy industrial manufacturing is highly preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years leading Capital Engineering projects.
• Demonstrated success managing complex brownfield manufacturing expansion projects is required.
• Experience supporting or leading greenfield manufacturing developments is highly desirable.
• Proven experience managing project budgets, schedules, contractors, vendors, and cross‑functional engineering teams.
• PMP certification or an equivalent advanced project management credential is preferred.
• Ability to travel domestically up to 30%, including overnight travel.
• Lead highly visible capital projects that directly impact manufacturing growth.
