- Engineering degree (Electrical, Mechanical, Materials)
- 5+ years of product development engineering experience
- Wire and cable industry experience
- Data center experience
- Experience with UL, CSA and NEC standards
- Experience with cable specifications
- Ability to work onsite 5 days per week
- Leadership ability to influence cross-functional teams
Demonstrates expertise in product development engineering within the wire and cable industry, with a strong focus on managing the full product lifecycle and adhering to UL, CSA, and NEC standards. Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and connect market demand to product needs while engaging with customers and suppliers.
