Financial Reporting, Financial Analyst
Our client, a fast-growing global investment firm with a diverse portfolio of operating businesses, is hiring a Senior FP&A Associate for their Enterprise Finance team. This sits at the corporate level, covering budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, modeling, and reporting across the group. The finance function is mid-transformation, with several major system rollouts underway and more coming, making this a strong fit for someone who wants real exposure to that kind of work rather than just hearing about it.
Whythis role stands out
- Finance transformation exposure: D365 (ERP and GL) and Coupa are rolling out now, with Workday, Navan, One Stream, Kyriba, and Blackline coming next
- Candidates with a technical edge, finance transformation experience, One Stream or Anaplan exposure, or business process management background will stand out
- If you've lived through a system implementation, this is a chance to put that experience to real use!
- Real promotion path: the right hire has a credible shot at Manager by year end, there's recent precedent of someone promoted to Manager within six months who's now on a major, high-visibility initiative
- Exposure across a genuinely diverse portfolio of industries in a single seat
- Reporting to the Director of FP&A, who reports to the Group CFO
- Real autonomy to operate and make an impact, not micromanaged deliverables
- Own budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and 3-statement modeling for a defined set of entities
- Build executive reporting packages that translate financial data into a clear story for leadership
- Support the annual operating plan process end to end
- Contribute meaningfully to process improvement and technology initiatives, not just use the new systems but help shape how they're used
- 5 to 7 years of progressive FP&A, corporate finance, or Big 4 advisory experience, at least 3 in a hands‑on FP&A capacity
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills, with proven ability to build and maintain complex 3‑statement models independently
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related quantitative field
- Experience with One Stream, Workday Adaptive, D365, or a comparable CPM/ERP platform, One Stream is a strong plus
- Genuine interest in and experience with AI tools, automation, or technology-enabled finance workflows
- Power BI, Tableau, or other data visualization experience
- Financial services, PE‑backed, or complex, global multi‑entity environment experience
