International Tax Manager

Overview:

JCW Search are working with a global financial services organization who are seeking an International Tax Manager to join their growing tax team. Ideally we are looking for a tax professional with 5+ years of experience focused on international tax compliance and tax provisions- and who is comfortable working within a multinational environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and review international tax compliance for foreign subsidiaries, including Forms 5471, 8865, 1120-F, and related filings
• Analyze and support matters related to GILTI, Subpart F, FDII, foreign tax credits, and withholding taxes
• Assist with global effective tax rate (ETR) planning and forecasting
• Partner with accounting, legal, and finance teams to ensure accurate reporting and compliance
• Monitor changes in global tax legislation and assess the impact on the firm

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in international tax (focused on compliance and provisions)
• Experience with in financial services strongly preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• CPA preferred
• Strong technical knowledge of U.S. international tax concepts
