, a structured development opportunity through our National Training Program (NTP) designed for individuals interested in building a long-term career in financial planning, wealth management, and client advisory services.

This program provides the training, mentorship, licensing support, and real-world client experience needed to develop into a successful Wealth Management Advisor. Associates will work alongside experienced advisors and specialists while learning how to help individuals, families, and business owners achieve financial security through comprehensive planning and wealth management strategies.

What You'll Do As a Financial Advisor Associate:
  • You will earn Northwestern Mutual's comprehensive financial planning approach
  • Develop relationships with individuals, families, and business owners
  • Help clients create personalized financial strategies focused on protection, accumulation, and wealth preservation
  • Build and maintain a growing client base through networking, referrals, and community engagement
  • Participate in client meetings and financial planning discussions alongside experienced advisors
  • Develop knowledge of investment strategies, retirement planning, insurance solutions, estate planning concepts, and wealth accumulation techniques

Qualifications:

Required

  • Bachelor's degree preferredS
