The primary purpose of your job position is to assist the Admission Director to obtain required information and admit residents in an efficient manner in accordance with established policies and procedures. In addition, to complete all admission sign in packets in a timely manner.
QualificationsMinimum of 1 year experience in admissions, healthcare coordination or related field required.
ResponsibilitiesPlan, develop, organize, implement, evaluate and direct resident/patient admissions in accordance with our established policies and procedures.
Collaborate with Business Office, Nursing Services and Therapy Services to plan all admissions. Address any concerns or questions related to incoming patients promptly and ensure all departments are aligned before admission.
Interpret admission policies and procedure to personnel, resident/patients, family members, etc., as necessary.
Interview residents, patients and guardians and obtains required information and signatures, etc., as necessary.
