Overview
Connecticut Behavioral Health, LLC (CBH) is seeking a Master’s or Doctoral level Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with a strong behavioral background to provide school-based behavioral services. The BCBA will provide ABA program consultation, individual student behavioral consultation and program monitoring, and conduct functional behavioral assessments to develop behavioral intervention programs within school districts. The BCBA will also train and supervise behavior technician staff and those pursuing BCBA credentials.
Part-time BCBA support, compensated on an hourly basis, is also considered.
- Provide ABA program consultation within school districts.
- Conduct functional behavioral assessments (FBA) and develop behavioral intervention plans (BIP).
- Provide individual student behavioral consultation and program monitoring.
- Train and supervise behavior technicians and staff pursuing BCBA credentials.
- Collaborate with school personnel and licensed psychologists as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Master’s or Doctoral level with BCBA certification.
- Strong behavioral analysis background and training.
- Experience developing and implementing ASD programming within school settings.
- Experience providing social skills training to individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorders preferred.
- Ability to work in supervisory/leadership capacity within the role.
- Prior experience in school environments and classroom-focused responsibilities preferred; small student caseloads for BCBA role.
Competitive compensation on a salaried (75k–100k DOE) or hourly basis, and a comprehensive benefits package is available. The position allows the employee to craft an employment agreement to meet professional needs.
