Responsibilities- Manage scheduling, appointment confirmations, and follow-up communications with accuracy and care
- Greet and check in patients, ensuring a warm, affirming, and efficient experience from arrival to departure
- Verify patient information, update records in the electronic health system and assist with documentation
- Coordinate with clinical staff to maintain smooth daily flow and timely rooming of patients
- Support insurance verification, referrals, and other administrative tasks as needed
- Maintain organized front desk and patient areas, ensuring confidentiality and professionalism
- Communicate effectively across teams to anticipate needs and resolve issues quickly
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s degree or relevant coursework preferred
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in an administrative support or customer service role
- Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Basic proficiency with computers and scheduling systems; experience with EMRs preferred
- Commitment to privacy, safety, and culturally competent care

CompensationCompensation within this range is determined based on relevant experience, licensure, skills, scope of responsibility, and internal equity. Anchor Health maintains structured salary bands and reviews compensation periodically to ensure alignment with market conditions, organizational needs, and individual performance.
Salary Range: $52,000 USD - $57,500 USD
