R3 Continuum is searching for diverse and compassionate behavioral health professionals to expand our network in Hartford and surrounding areas in Connecticut. You will provide on‑site crisis support to organizations and employees recently affected by a disruptive workplace event.

Advantages Of Being An Independent Consultant For R3C- Comprehensive crisis response training
- Flexible schedule, work on a case‑by‑case basis
- Personalized support
- Simple electronic reporting via our mobile app
- Supplemental income
- Independently licensed in the State of Connecticut (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or Psychologist)
- Minimum of a master’s degree in mental health
- Malpractice insurance coverage of $1,000,000/$3,000,000
- Willing to complete R3C’s Critical Incident Response training or provide proof of approved CIR training
If you do not possess one of the listed trainings, R3 will provide training at no cost.
