FOX Rehabilitation is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join our Stamford team, delivering one-on-one care to older adults in private homes or senior living communities under the Geriatric House Calls model.
You will evaluate, plan, and implement evidence-based therapy, document in our EMR, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, and may provide telehealth when appropriate. New graduates welcome through Emerging Professionals Mentor Program; H1B sponsorship available.
