Clifford Beers Community Care Center (CBCCC) is a mental health clinic serving children and families. Our mission is to provide integrated services addressing mental, physical, and social determinants in order to improve health, resiliency and quality of life for children, families and communities.

PURPOSE

The Bilingual Mental Health Clinician (Spanish-English) is responsible for providing mobile crisis intervention, behavioral health assessments, and short-term stabilization services to children and families in the community. This role supports individuals in crisis through clinical evaluation, case management, and care coordination, ensuring timely access to appropriate mental health services.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Provide mobile, community-based crisis intervention and mental health assessments for children and families
  • Conduct risk assessments and level-of-care determinations to support clinical decision-making
  • Deliver short-term crisis stabilization, safety planning, and therapeutic interventions
  • Provide case management and coordinate referrals to behavioral health and community resources
  • Collaborate with schools, community providers, and internal clinical teams to ensure continuity of care
  • Serve as liaison between clients, families, schools, and service providers
  • Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation and assessments
  • Participate in on-call rotation as part of a 24/7 Mobile Crisis program
  • Attend and actively participate in supervision, team meetings, and training programs
  • Complete all required Mobile Crisis training within the first year of employment
  • Support organizational initiatives related to trauma-informed care, health equity, and anti-racist practices
  • Perform other related duties as assigned
