Simple Job Description.
You will be helping clients that are recovering from brain injuries. These clients live alone or with family. You will be helping the client with every aspect of regular life. You and the client will schedule and attend medical and therapeutic appointments then implement recovery activities within the home community. You will document on a daily basis and communicate with many people.

Many clients have impulsive behaviors and memory challenges, team members understand that this is part of the recovery process and support the needs of the client they serve.

• High-school diploma or equivalent
• One / Two years of health care experience.
• Super time management and organizational skills.
• Smart-Phone and Tablet Skills
• Pre-employment Background Checks and Drug Screening.

• Strokes, Concussions and/or brain injury.
• Worked within community settings.

• Safety
• Organization skills
• Medical and therapeutic rehab homework.
• Medication reminders
• Social entertainment
• Finding meaningful employment
• Money management skills.
• Social skills
