Our Multi‑Dimensional Family Therapy (MDFT) program is seeking two full‑time, Master’s level, licensed or license‑eligible clinicians (LMSW, PC‑A, MFT‑A, LCSW, LPC, and LMFT), a hybrid position, one that is based out of our New London location and one that is based out of Westbrook location serving our clients throughout New London County and Middlesex County
. Our Multi‑Dimensional Family Therapy program provides convenient in‑home behavioral health services and transforms lives through family‑centered treatment for youth ages 9‑18 who are struggling with mental health and other challenges. It gives parents hope and enables youth to create a positive lifestyle.

This role requires comfortability with in‑home visits, reliable transportation to travel to client’s homes, as well as the flexibility to work a combination of day and evening hours, Monday‑Friday, to accommodate the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Delivers clinical treatment to clients and their families, collaborating with other providers and community partners on client care (including schools, probation, psychiatry, etc.)
  • Maintains clinical documentation in accordance to licensing, accreditation and program requirements
  • Participates in weekly reflective individual and team supervision
  • Meets weekly billable expectations defined by CFA
  • Assists clients in obtaining community resources and prosocial activities
  • Collaborates with the rest of the team regarding case management needs and follow‑through with appropriate action steps
  • Ensures that all paperwork is completed on time and accurately
Qualifications
  • Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field
  • Current state licensure as a (LCSW, LPC, LMFT) or license eligible (LMSW, LPC‑A, LMFT‑A)
  • Reliable transportation and schedule flexibility to accommodate a combination of day and evening hours
  • Strong clinical assessment, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Solid organizational skills, attention to detail and experience working with an Electronic Health Record system
  • Ability to work successfully independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Child and Family Agency offers a generous benefits package for full‑time employees that includes

Salary range: $60,000-$64,000. Bi‑lingual Spanish/English preferred with significant pay differential offered.
