? Maintain flexible schedule to perform clinical assessments, provide individual/group therapy and intensive outpatient services.
? Secure initial insurance authorization and all required concurrent authorizations throughout care.
? Complete all treatment planning and discharge documentation according to policy.
? Input all clinical documentation in Connecticut Renaissance's EHR accurately and timely.
Communicate with referral sources on the status of each client's progress and performance within the program, including the preparation of reports.
Participate in all required internal and external meetings.
Provide urinalysis/breathalizertesting when indicated and within guidelines of monitoring.
Attend all requiredtrainings to enhance knowledge and skill level
Adhere to licensing, accreditation and funding source requirements.
Meet thresholds for program and agency outcomes measures.

Knowledge Of:

Diagnosis and assessment of co-occurring disorders.

Fee for service and billing requirements for outpatient services.

Education and Experience:

? Master Degree with Licensure in Behavioral Health (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) or Associate Licensure (LPCa, LMFTa, LMSW) in CT. Additional LADC a plus.
? Minimumof 3 years of working experience in behavioral health field.
? Experience in trauma informed care preferred.
? Experience with substance abuse clients, co-occurring diagnosed clients and criminal justice population preferred.

Other:

Mustbe dependable and reliable; detailed oriented; and able to interface easily with clients, staff, and referral sources.

Must be able to carry up to 20 pounds.
?

Must successfully complete the introductory probationary employment period.
?

Must have a valid CT driver's license
