Aayct in Connecticut hires a Home Health Aide to provide patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse in the home. This position follows a fixed schedule:
Monday–Friday 3:00 PM–6:00 PM, and Saturday–Sunday 8:00 AM–10:00 AM.
Responsibilities include assisting with personal care, aiding exercises, transfers, and recording temperature, while observing and reporting patient status. Medications cannot be administered; all tasks are performed under training and supervision.
