Mohegan Sun in Uncasville, CT, is seeking a Hospitality Host to monitor VIP lounge access, respond to guest needs, and provide a welcoming environment on the gaming floor. The role involves identifying guests, recording access, and maintaining high service standards.
The candidate will create Players Club accounts, assist guests with comps and event tickets, and collaborate with Executive Host and Player Development. A high school diploma and hospitality experience are preferred.
