Compensation Consultant, HR​/Recruitment

• Contribute to Sun Life US and global compensation initiatives through analysis, research, and operational execution
• Support the annual pay cycle by preparing and validating data
• Administer sales compensation processes including eligibility tracking, reporting, and issue resolution
• Prepare analysis and maintain records for job evaluation work using Sun Life's career framework
• Participate in salary surveys and support the maintenance of market data
• Coordinate with HR and other partners to support compensation processes and reporting
• Use data and analytical tools to summarize information and inform compensation discussions

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of relevant compensation, HR, finance, analytics, or related business experience
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail, accuracy, and data integrity
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
• Working knowledge of broad-based compensation and related compliance considerations preferred
• Experience with Workday and compensation analysis tools preferred
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Demonstrates expertise in compensation analysis, data validation, and operational execution within HR frameworks. Proficient in using analytical tools and Microsoft Excel to support compensation initiatives and maintain data integrity.
