The University of Bridgeport is seeking an energetic Desktop Support Specialist to be based on its Bridgeport, Connecticut campus. You will support faculty, staff and students using PCs, mobile devices, and telephone systems, reporting to the IT Technical Director.
Responsibilities include diagnosing issues, maintaining IT assets, and documenting incidents. Some after-hours support and on-call response may be required; travel to other campuses is possible.
