Position Summary: Data Intelligence Manager
Location: Hamden, CT
Amphenol High Speed Products Group is the market leader for high speed, high bandwidth electrical connectors for the Telecom/Datacom market (Mobile Networks, Storage, Servers, Routers, Switches, etc.). Our products help to enable the electronics revolution and remain a key enabler for all the major Tier 1 OEM’s globally. Our global headquarters is located in Nashua, NH and we have design, sales and manufacturing locations globally.

We are currently seeking a Data Intelligence Manager to join our product development team at Amphenol Spectra-Strip in Hamden, CT.
Responsibilities
Data Intelligence & Analytics

  • Convert operational, engineering, quality, and business data into actionable insights.
  • Drive data quality, governance, and standardization across global sites.
Digital Solutions & Automation
  • Lead development of automation, reporting, and digital workflow solutions.
  • Champion adoption of AI, Copilot, Power Platform, and emerging digital technologies.
Knowledge & Collaboration Systems
  • Own the effectiveness of collaboration and information management platforms, including SharePoint and Microsoft 365.
  • Establish best practices that reduce reliance on tribal knowledge and increase organizational learning.
Leadership & Organizational Development
  • Establish and communicate priorities, roadmaps, and resource plans aligned with company objectives.
  • Build organizational capability in analytics, automation/intelligence solutions, and data-driven decision making.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, Analytics, or related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in data analytics, digital transformation, business intelligence, knowledge management, or related disciplines.
  • 3+ years of leadership experience managing technical professionals.
  • Experience implementing enterprise reporting, analytics, or automation solutions.
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 ecosystem and modern collaboration platforms.
Preferred
  • Experience supporting manufacturing, engineering, quality, or industrial operations.
  • Expertise with Power BI, Power Platform, SharePoint, SQL, and Python.
  • Experience with AI-enabled solutions, Copilot, agentic workflows, or advanced analytics.
  • Experience leading cross-functional digital transformation initiatives.
