CTG is seeking to fill a SAP RAR Functional Consultant (Aerospace & Defense) position for our client.
Location:Hamden, CT Duration: 7 months
We are seeking an experienced SAP Revenue Accounting and Reporting (RAR) professional with deep exposure to the Aerospace & Defense (A&D) industry. The ideal candidate will bring strong functional knowledge of SAP RAR (FI-RA), revenue recognition under ASC 606 / IFRS 15, and a solid understanding of A&D-specific contract structures such as long-term programs, cost-plus and fixed-price contracts, percentage-of-completion (POC) accounting, and government contracting nuances (FAR/DFARS).
This role will support implementation, optimization, and ongoing operations of SAP RAR within complex, program-based revenue environments.
This role is responsible for implementing and configuring SAP HANA FIN FI solutions for clients and serves as an expert working directly with customers to deliver high-quality results and be trusted business advice with deep understanding of and/or hands-on experience in the system. Focuses on understanding and analyzing business requirements, designing and configuring solutions, and ensuring successful project delivery. Utilizes business and industry knowledge, business processes and techno-functional solution expertise to effectively integrate packaged technology solutions with the goal of achieving client expectations.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $135,000 to $170,000. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. In addition to salary, a competitive benefit package is also offered.
