This is an excellent opportunity to work on lean deal teams providing strong exposure to a variety of real estate finance matters, with outlined career progression.
KeyRequirements
- J.D. and Admitted to the Connecticut Bar or eligibility to waive in.
- 4+ years of Real Estate Finance experience
- Experience representing lenders in a variety of asset classes
- Experience with structured debt and secondary transactions
- A highly motivated self-starter eager to engage in hands‑on work and seeking long‑term growth within the firm.
