Manager, Speaker Program Operations and Events

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end HCP speaker programs, including vendor management, program execution, auditing, and compliant reconciliation.
• Serve as primary operations and logistics lead for speaker program operations for Field Sales and Marketing, ensuring effective and compliant execution.
• Own speaker program training and continuously improve the training curriculum.
• Lead logistics coordination for internal sales meetings, partnering with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Support planning and execution of congresses and key industry events with Marketing leadership.
• Manage fulfillment services by supporting Marketing and field teams.
• Other responsibilities as needed as the role grows.

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years of experience in a pharmaceutical/biotech company, including 2 years managing speaker programs.
• Meeting planning experience preferred but not required.
• Launch experience preferred but not required.
• Strong track record in leadership, problem-solving, vendor management, and multitasking in fast-paced environments.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with accuracy and strong prioritization.
• Sense of urgency, efficiency, and attention to detail.
• Ability to build strong cross-functional relationships and collaborate at all levels.
• Confident, self-motivated, proactive, with strong judgment and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent written, verbal, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience managing content in SharePoint.
