Program Manager, Health & Science Technologies – Connected Capabilities

• Serve as the responsible and accountable leader for the development, documentation, implementation, training, and long-term execution of IDEX Health & Science Technologies Connected Capabilities playbook
• Serve as the responsible and accountable leader for development and scaled production projects for connected opportunities across HST
• Own resource allocation and prioritization for the Connected Capabilities team and advise VP Connected Capabilities on changes in priorities
• Support our HST Connected Capabilities commercial team members to win orders by owning and developing project schedules
• Manage delivery and scale up risks through thoughtful and proactive risk management
• Provide regular contact with emerging new customers and existing customers

• 5+ years of experience in engineering/operations and project execution
• Proven track record of successful on time delivery of projects
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility and capability to travel worldwide
• Proven ability to lead cross functional teams by influence
