- This position is responsible for all engineering, compliance, quality management, regulatory policy, emergency preparedness and records management activities throughout Eversource.
- Oversees and directs all engineering and compliance activities required for reliable and safe delivery of natural gas.
- Develops and monitors key performance indicators for the Gas Operations sub-processes in collaboration with field managers.
- Takes the lead in managing all gas related regulatory inquiries and is required to effectively manage relationships with all internal and external stakeholders.
- Requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related discipline.
- Master’s Degree or MBA preferred.
- Minimum of twelve (12) years gas distribution, utility or technical experience.
- Requires extensive knowledge of Gas Operations methods, procedures, systems and facilities.
- Requires strong organizational and managerial skills.
- Ability to manage operating budgets, operating plans and works cross functionally.
- Demonstrated leadership in strategic planning and performance improvement efforts.
