Responsibilities
- Facilitate the development and execution of operational and business unit strategic plans
- Manage strategic programs and projects for the Aetna COO and senior leadership team
- Develop and maintain excellent relations with executives, customers, operations, and colleagues at all levels
- Contribute to the development of complex strategies utilizing project management tools and data analyses
- Proactively evaluate program and project activities, build contingency plans, and monitor issue resolutions
- Minimum of 10 years’ work experience in health care, insurance or related field
- Minimum of 7 years’ experience in strategic program/project management
- Must be able to travel 20-30%
- Ability to work east coast time zone
