- Own the Premium Audit function end‑to‑end, including audit standards, methodology, scheduling, and quality control
- Ensure audit accuracy, compliance, and timely resolution of complex audit disputes
- Establish and maintain escalation criteria for audit findings and outcomes
- Lead cross‑functional stakeholder engagement and proactively escalate risks and dependencies to identify audit defects faster
- Drive automation opportunities to increase audit capabilities, flag variances and create guardrails for premium application and reconciliation
- Develop premium calculation tools to assist with client education and partner with L&D to enhance training programs for internal partners
- 5+ years of managerial experience within Group Insurance
- Results‑driven leader with demonstrated success driving continuous improvement, streamlining processes, and deploying scalable solutions
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity, balancing competing priorities, and delivering measurable demonstrated business outcomes
- Proficient in enterprise systems and advanced Microsoft Office tools; strong understanding of insurance products, premium life cycles, and related accounting impacts
- Highly effective communicator and people leader with a proven ability to build trust, develop and coach teams, translate complex financial and operational concepts, and influence diverse stakeholders
- Capable of independently leading initiatives and directing staff in alignment with role scope
