We are looking for a proven multi-site operations leader who can drive performance across a complex branch network. The ideal candidate has experience owning P&L performance, leading other leaders, improving underperforming locations, and creating alignment across sales and operations teams. Experience in building products, construction materials, contractor supply, distribution, commercial doors and hardware, access control, or related industries is highly preferred.
The right person is comfortable operating in a highly visible regional leadership role, partnering with Branch Managers and General Managers, supporting acquisition integration efforts, and driving accountability across multiple locations.

Travel: Frequent Regional Travel
* Should be located within the Northeast territory and ideally within one hour of a major airport due to frequent regional travel.
Day to Day- Oversee approximately 10 Northeast locations
- Drive regional P&L performance
- Partner with Branch Managers and General Managers
- Review revenue, profitability, EBITDA, budgets, and KPIs
- Improve branch consistency and accountability
- Resolve operational bottlenecks and performance issues
- Support business planning and workforce strategy
- Report regional performance to executive leadership
- 10+ years leadership experience
- Multi-site leadership experience
- P&L ownership

- Ability to travel throughout Northeast region
- Strong communication and business acumen

Compensation: $170,000 - $200,000k base. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 1st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
