Join our team as a CNC Machinist running CNC lathes and milling machines to perform turning and milling operations on metal components. Work from blueprints and engineering instructions, producing parts to precise tolerances while following G-Code and M-Code programs.
Responsibilities- Set up, adjust, and operate CNC machines with accuracy.
- Secure fixtures, cutting tools, and materials.
- Inspect parts using micrometers, gauges, and precision measurement tools.
- Maintain machine lubrication and cleanliness.
- Document in-process inspections and maintain quality records.
- Must be a U.S. Person (ITAR eligible).
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 1+ year of CNC machining, lathe, or milling experience.
- Blueprint reading and interpretation.
- Knowledge of precision manufacturing techniques.
- Familiarity with lathe and milling operations, G-Code/M-Code, and inspection practices.
- Lift up to 35 lbs, stand or sit for extended periods, navigate stairs.
