We are looking for a Senior Ecommerce Manager to own the day-to-day performance and execution of DTC ecommerce. This is a hands‑on Shopify role, with full accountability for revenue, conversion and customer experience.
What You’ll Own- Performance and execution across both ecommerce brands — revenue, CVR, AOV, CAC and retention
- Shopify ecosystem including store configuration, apps and international structures
- Ecommerce operations
- Performance marketing channels — paid search, email and CRM, affiliate and retargeting
- CRO, mobile UX and site experience optimization across both brands
- SEO, GA4, GTM and ecommerce analytics governance
- Product launch planning, forecasting and demand tracking
- 5+ years managing DTC ecommerce for consumer brands
- Working knowledge of Shopify and its app ecosystem
- Strong on ecommerce operations including order management and fulfillment tools
- Experience with international ecommerce — localization, currencies, taxes and compliance
- Analytical, collaborative and comfortable balancing strategy with hands‑on execution
