The Field Marketing Manager serves as the bridge between Marketing and Operations, bringing the NAYA brand to life in local communities through strategic partnerships, grassroots marketing, influencer engagement, and market-specific activation programs. This role will play a critical part in introducing NAYA to new suburban markets across Long Island and Connecticut — building awareness, generating trial, and creating lasting relationships that drive guest loyalty and long-term sales growth.
This marketer is both strategic and hands-on — someone who can build the local marketing playbook, then get out in the field and execute it flawlessly, from grand openings to community events to neighborhood outreach.
What You Will Do- Coordinate and execute local marketing efforts for all new restaurant openings in partnership with the Marketing team
- Execute pre-opening, opening, and post-opening marketing plans designed to build awareness, drive trial, and accelerate guest acquisition
- Coordinate grand opening events, VIP tastings, influencer previews, community nights, and local activations
- Develop market-specific opening strategies tailored to each community
- Partner with Operations to ensure flawless execution during opening periods
- Build and maintain relationships with schools, youth sports organizations, first responders, hospitals, local businesses, chambers of commerce, and community groups
- Identify opportunities for sponsor ships, fundraising programs, and local partnerships that strengthen NAYA’s connection to the community
- Represent NAYA at community events, networking opportunities, and local business functions
- Develop scalable community engagement programs that can be replicated across markets
- Partner with the Director of Marketing to create and execute market-specific marketing plans that drive traffic, frequency, and sales
- Partner with General Managers and Operations leaders to identify local opportunities and business challenges
- Support restaurants with grassroots marketing initiatives, local events, and neighborhood outreach
- Develop and manage local promotional calendars aligned with business objectives
- Partner with Catering and Operations teams to drive awareness and lead generation within local business communities
- Develop relationships with office parks, schools, healthcare organizations, and community groups
- Coordinate local sampling and outreach programs that generate catering and group sales opportunities
- Strong new restaurant opening performance and sustained traffic and sales growth
- Meaningful community partnerships developed and replicated across markets
- Loyalty member acquisition, app downloads, and influencer engagement and reach
- Catering lead generation, event participation and ROI, and overall market awareness
