Senior Communications Advisor – Executive Leadership Engagement

Responsibilities

• Designing and executing strategic employee engagement initiatives
• Strengthen connections between the Enterprise Leadership Team (ELT) and employees
• Planning, coordination, logistics, and execution of ELT site visits and employee engagement events
• Develop strategic communication plans and messaging for ELT site visits
• Translate enterprise priorities into relevant, engaging communications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business, or a related field
• 10+ years in Communications, preferably in a large matrixed organization
• Significant experience in employee engagement, communications, project management and operations
• Demonstrated experience supporting senior executives (C-suite level)
• Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional programs and events with multiple stakeholders
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Strong strategic thinking, project management, and organizational skills
• Ability to navigate ambiguity, influence stakeholders, and operate effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work from a Cigna Group office at least 3 days a week

Demonstrates expertise in designing and executing employee engagement initiatives, strategic communication planning, and project management within a large matrixed organization. Proven ability to support senior executives and manage complex programs while effectively communicating with diverse stakeholders.
