Responsibilities
  • Gameday production support including music cues, lighting effects, promotional timing, and execution of all fan‑facing elements.
  • Fan engagement and promotions including mascot escorting, recruiting and preparing contest participants, running on‑ice and on‑court activities, distributing giveaways, and supporting post‑game meet‑and‑greets or autograph sessions.
  • Content and operations including capturing video of promotions, managing concourse activations, and assisting with pre‑game setup and post‑game breakdown.
  • Other duties/tasks/responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Strong communication skills and comfort interacting with fans, participants, and staff
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and stay organized during live events
  • Interest in sports marketing, game presentation, or fan engagement as a potential career path
  • Team‑oriented mindset with a positive, energetic attitude
  • Basic understanding of hockey and basketball to support in‑game flow
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to manage time effectively
Hours of Position
  • Gamedays including nights and weekends
  • Occasional on‑campus promotional shifts as assigned
  • Availability during University breaks is preferred
  • Must be able to stay for post‑game activations such as meet‑and‑greets or autograph sessions
