Neuro Med​/Surg RN - Lead Charge Nurse & Care Expert

Yale New Haven Health is seeking a Registered Nurse in Hamden, Connecticut to assess and supervise individual patient care on a nursing unit. Responsibilities include developing and documenting care plans, evaluating patient responses, and providing education to patients and families. The ideal candidate should be proficient in neuro assessment and airway management, possess a valid Connecticut RN license, and have Med/Surg RN experience.

This role requires excellent communication and teamwork skills, as well as the ability to navigate electronic patient records and conduct research for patient care.
