Salary per annum: $150,000 – $200,000

Job SummaryWe seek a friendly and compassionate Neurology Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant to join our team. In this role you will provide comprehensive care to patients with neurological disorders including epilepsy, multiple sclerosis, Parkinson’s disease, and other conditions, making a difference in patients’ lives while working alongside a dedicated healthcare team.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including medication management and non-pharmacologic interventions.
- Conduct regular follow-up visits to monitor patient progress, adjust treatment plans, and provide education and support.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and ensure a multidisciplinary approach.
- Provide patient and family education on disease management, medications, and lifestyle modifications.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient encounters and treatment plans.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and optimize care delivery.
- Perform comprehensive assessments to accurately diagnose and treat patients with neurological conditions.
- Minimum 6 months of experience in long‑term care or a skilled nursing facility.
- Active and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant, or Physician license.
- DEA license.
- CPR BCLS/BLS certification.
- Master’s degree in Nursing.
- Completed a degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program.
- One year of experience in Neurology.
- Preferred experience documenting EMR (Sigma, Visual, PCC, etc.) – training provided.
- Excellent organizational and time‑management skills.
- Able to lift a minimum of 20 pounds and stand, walk, or work on your feet for 6–8 hours per day.
