In this vital role as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will be responsible for:

• Administering medications and treatments as prescribed
• Providing direct patient care, including wound care and monitoring vital signs.
• Collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans.
• Documenting patient observations and care activities accurately.
• Adhering to infection control and safety protocols.

To be considered for this role as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you should meet the following criteria:

• Possession of a valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of employment.
• Current CPR certification.
