• Small Animal General Practice – Avg. 12+ appointments/day
• 1‑1.5 support‑staff: doctor ratio
• Great mix of caseload between wellness, sick, and surgery
• Technology & equipment:
  Digital X‑ray, in‑house labs, dental & surgical suite
• Collaborative team culture

• Annual salary: $135k‑$165k plus production bonus
• Up to $25k sign‑on bonus
• DVM Long‑Term Incentive (LTI) Cash Program – annual bonuses based on production

• Qualifications:
  
  Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) or equivalent from an accredited university (required)
• Compassionate, client‑centered approach to care
• Strong communication and client‑education skills
