Job Summary
Guest Service Associate at Global Partners will provide a top‑notch guest experience while completing all store–level tasks, including safety, security, quality, and operational procedures.
Job Responsibilities- Greet guests and create an enjoyable shopping experience.
- Adhere to safety, security, quality, and store operations policies and procedures.
- Operate the point of sale in accordance with corporate standards; maintain proper cash, lottery, and tobacco levels.
- Perform housekeeping duties such as cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, and emptying trash.
- Replenish products and supplies to maintain in‑stock conditions.
- Communicate with store management regarding guest requests and vendor‑related concerns.
- Check in external and internal vendors according to established guidelines.
- Conduct gas‑tank inventory and merchandising projects assigned by management.
- Execute other tasks as assigned by management.
- Support the onboarding and training of new GSA employees.
