Salary range: $18.75 to $19.75 per hour (annual equivalent). Eligible for incentive pay based on performance.

• Generate leads and close agreements.
• Process renewal payments.
• Physically handle merchandise to maintain showroom floors.
• Build long‑lasting customer and vendor relationships.
• Set sales goals and drive new business with marketing strategies.
• Assist the General Manager with operational functions.
• Assist with deliveries if a driver is unavailable.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Two years of college or previous management experience preferred.
• Valid state Driver’s License and must meet DOT requirements (U.S.).
• Flexible schedule, availability 8 am–9 pm.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs without help and 300 lbs with a dolly.
• Ability to travel as required.
