Membership Advisor

The Edge Fitness Clubs is seeking a motivated Membership Advisor to join our high-energy team. In this role, you will drive membership growth by prospecting leads, conducting engaging club tours, and confidently closing sales. You'll provide exceptional service to members and guests, answer questions about equipment, classes, and training, and ensure a welcoming, professional environment. This position offers hands-on experience in fitness, sales, and customer service, with performance-based bonuses, training, and opportunities to grow within a rapidly expanding fitness brand.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, contact, and follow up with leads to drive new memberships
• Conduct engaging club tours highlighting equipment, classes, and amenities
• Close membership sales and meet or exceed monthly goals
• Deliver exceptional customer service to current and prospective members
• Process memberships, payments, and paperwork accurately
• Maintain a clean, welcoming club environment and professional appearance
• Support marketing and outreach events to generate new leads
• Collaborate with trainers and staff to promote programs and services
