Housekeeping Porter Needed – Nursing Home Facility Our long‑term care community is seeking a skilled Porter to support our Housekeeping Department. The ideal candidate will maintain facility cleanliness, assist with sanitation routines, and ensure all resident and staff areas meet regulatory and safety standards.
Responsibilities- Cleaning and upkeep of common areas
- Transporting linens and supplies
- Waste collection and disposal
- Supporting housekeeping staff with daily tasks
- Maintaining equipment and reporting issues promptly
- Prior housekeeping or porter experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physical ability to perform repetitive tasks and lift up to 50 lbs
