Our skilled trench laborers play a vital role in site development by installing and maintaining sewer, water, and storm drainage systems while ensuring safety and efficiency on the job site. We’re seeking experienced professionals with a strong commitment to safety and quality workmanship.

• Performs installation of and maintenance on Piping Systems; specifically sewer, water and storm drainage systems.
• Comply with the Operations and Maintenance guidelines.
• Perform job responsibilities safely in a busy, sometimes stressful environment.
• Operate equipment productively, year-round in all types of local weather and ground conditions.
• Perform tasks that have to do with site development operations as assigned or directed by the Supervisor or General Manager.

• 5+ years experience in a skilled Trench Labor role, 80% to 100% of the time during your employment, in a site development capacity.
• Familiarity with installation of sewer, water, and storm drainage systems. Plumbing licenses a plus but not a requirement.
• Must be at least 21 with a Valid Driver’s License and have own transportation.
• Must be able to demonstrate clear ability and experience regarding the practice of workplace safety. Must be familiar with recognizing site hazards and have a clear understanding of trench safety.
• Willingness to submit to and ability to pass, a comprehensive Background Check and Drug Screen
• Ability to provide documentation that you are a citizen of the US or otherwise have clearance to work in the US and the state of Connecticut.
