Cpa Youth Coach
At the direction and with the guidance of Cpa Staff, Youth Coaches will:
Co-facilitate daily groups focused on cognitive-behavioral treatment, life skills, restorative practices, and career readiness.
Conduct pre-employment workshops and/or counseling sessions.
Model professionalism, reliability, and positive communication
Interest in education, youth development and/or corrections
Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
Strong oral and written communication skills
Cultural competency
Regions is a 24/7 facility, and working days and hours are negotiable. Applicants must be 18 yrs. old and will be required to complete site trainings for which hourly compensation will be paid.
