Lodge Rentals is recruiting for an Office Manager to play a central role in keeping the operations running smoothly. You’ll be part of a dynamic property management business where your organisational skills, proactive attitude and attention to detail will directly support the team, systems and landlord relationships.
About the Role
This role offers an excellent step-up opportunity for an experienced administrator ready to take on broader responsibility, develop leadership capability and play a key role in shaping systems, processes and team success.
You will be central to ensuring smooth end-to-end administration, accurate financial processing and responsive support to landlords and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and support the administration team and core business systems
- Process landlord mid-month and end-of-month payments
- End-of-month processing and reporting
- Respond to landlord queries professionally and efficiently
- Administer mid-month and end of month payroll cycles
- Raise and manage Xero invoices and business-related accounts
- Organise work functions and team events
- Provide general administrative support and assist with additional duties as required
You have proven experience in administration with an understanding of payroll, end-of-month processes and broader financial administration. Confident using Xero to manage invoices and accounts, you’re highly organised with exceptional attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
You love to communicate clearly and professionally with a wide range of stakeholders and are comfortable handling confidential information. You love to keep busy with a role that offers variety, responsibility and the chance to make a real impact in a supportive workplace.
