Office Administrator / Customer Service Coordinator / Administrative Assistant
Burlington, ON (In-Office)
$55,000 per year

We are hiring an Office Administrator / Customer Service Coordinator / Administrative Assistant for a busy, fast-paced office in Burlington, Ontario.

This role is ideal for candidates with experience in customer service, order processing, service scheduling, warranty processing, accounts receivable, administrative support, and office coordination.

If you have worked as an office assistant, service coordinator, dispatcher, customer service representative, order desk clerk, administrative coordinator, or accounts support clerk, this is a great long-term opportunity.

What We Offer

• 8:00am–5:00pm (4:30pm finish on Fridays)

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to daily customer emails and inquiries

• Answer and manage inbound customer and supplier phone calls

• Provide email and phone support to technicians and installers

• Schedule and book service calls, maintenance appointments, and warranty calls

• Email maintenance contracts to retail and commercial accounts

• Process and apply customer payments (e-transfer, walk-in payments)

• Handle walk-in customer sales and front desk support

• Organize office supplies and track incoming deliveries

• Maintain equipment delivery coordination

• Process warranty claims

• Receive, sort, and process incoming mail

• General administrative support and office coordination

Qualifications

• 2–3 years experience in administration, office support, service coordination, or customer service

• Strong Microsoft Excel skills

• Experience handling scheduling, dispatching, or service coordination
