Tandia Financial (Tandia) is seeking a Permanent Full-Time Administration Clerk to join our team. This is a Temporary Full-Time in-office position at our Administration Centre in Ancaster, Ontario. This posting is for an existing vacancy and the starting rate of pay is $24.05 per hour.

Key Responsibilities
  • Processing post-dated transactions including cheques, preparing term interest cheques, and cheque clearing.
  • Administration of payroll deductions for 3rd party payors.
  • Responsible for filing and related records retention maintenance.
  • Responsible for office supply management, including acting as primary cheque steward.
  • Administration of bill payments, term renewals, and remote deposits.
  • Review and proofing of electronic transactions and files.
  • Preparation of inter-institutional registered plans transactions.
  • Downloading and saving daily RESP reports.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • High School diploma plus one year job-related experience
  • Willingness to participate in learning and development opportunities
  • Tech-savvy and able to learn new systems
  • Experience using banking systems is a strong asset
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work with others in a team environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational ability.
  • Ability to complete work accurately and efficiently.
