Job Description

The Business Enablement Automation Team (BEAT) within the Intelligent Automation Centre of Excellence (IA CoE) is a group of automation and process improvement delivery professionals who are responsible for developing and delivering Business Managed Automation Solutions across the Enterprise that create capacity and improve the colleague experience. The Senior Analyst will be seen as a leader and expert on automation capabilities and development.

They will be leading the end-to-end delivery life cycle of Business Automation initiatives across the Enterprise, primarily leveraging the Microsoft Power Platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with business partners and stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements
  • Develops to-be process design (using Lean principles), develops and deploys appropriate automation solution
  • Conduct research and analysis of key issues, involving relevant stakeholders and other internal/external groups as necessary
  • Responsible for project management of initiatives; tracks status against timelines, and identifies and escalates risks
  • Undertake and complete a variety of projects and initiatives with minimal guidance / supervision
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of delivery model to enable efficient, consistent, scalable product development
  • Build visualizations, dashboards and reports as required
Job Requirements
  • Must be technically savvy, 3+ years experience developing solutions in Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) required
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and tactfully with a variety of stakeholders, including senior executives, both verbally and through written materials
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complexity, including multiple concurrent projects, and meet challenging timelines
  • Strong change management expertise, comfortable working with ambiguity
  • Excellent analytical and problem- solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment on multiple deliverables
  • Works independently as the senior or lead business analyst and coaches and guides members within area of expertise
  • Proactive and highly motivated individual with good work ethic and time management skills are essential
  • Strong team player with excellent communication, relationship management, consensus building and influencing skills
  • Solid understanding of process improvement methodology such as Lean
  • Microsoft Power Platform Developer Associate Certification is preferred
  • Experience delivering projects using Agile principles and tools such as JIRA would be an asset
  • Experience building visualizations (i.e. Power

    BI, Tableau) would be an asset
  • Solid knowledge of RPA (i.e. UI Path) would be an asset
