Auxo is seeking a Head of Product to oversee the strategic direction and development of its AI products. You will conduct customer discovery, drive market validation, and prioritize product investments. Your leadership will be pivotal in mentoring Product Managers and partnering closely with cross-functional teams to build a scalable product organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own product strategy and roadmap for the portfolio

• Determine key product investment priorities

• Drive customer discovery processes and market validation

• Develop product positioning, narratives, and value propositions

• Mentor and coach two Product Managers for growth

Requirements:

• 7+ years in Product Management leadership

• 2+ years mentoring Product Managers

• Proven experience in SaaS and multi-product platforms

• Strong storytelling and market positioning skills

• Fintech or related domain expertise preferred
