Join Stryker as a Bilingual Proposal Development Manager, owning the proposal process and collaborating with teams to secure new business in a dynamic environment.
As a Bilingual Proposal Specialist, you will oversee the proposal process, ensuring all proposals are compliant and aligned with customer needs. This collaborative role involves close work with internal teams and provides a substantial impact on business success. Your exceptional communication skills in both French and English will be a key asset in driving results and cultivating team dynamics.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead proposal coordination from opportunity tracking to submission
• Conduct bid evaluations and make no-bid decisions
• Manage content for proposal documents and library
• Organize proposal meetings and communicate updates
• Maintain the proposal tracker for performance monitoring
Requirements:

Required:
University Degree
• Preferred:
Proposals management experience
• Must be bilingual in French and English
• APMP certification and MS Office experience
• Project Management experience considered beneficial
