Position: Public Speaking Safety Advisor Role
Join the Manufacturers’ Health and Safety Association as a Safety Advisor in Northern Alberta. Make a significant impact on workplace safety through training and compliance guidance.

We are looking for a knowledgeable Safety Advisor with a minimum of two years in occupational health and safety. This role involves delivering training, performing hazard assessments, and providing safety consultations to enhance health and safety performance. Your efforts will help build a strong safety culture among Alberta’s manufacturers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver health and safety training on-site and virtually

• Conduct workplace inspections and safety consultations

• Support training schedules and program delivery

• Build lasting relationships with member organizations

• Respond to inquiries regarding OHS legislation and compliance

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in occupational health and safety

• Experience in manufacturing settings is essential

• Excellent facilitation and public speaking skills

• Valid Class 5 Alberta driver's license and clean abstract

• Strong understanding of Alberta OHS regulations
